Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna PSU under Coal India Limited, is inviting online applications for direct recruitment to 577 posts across mining, medical and civil departments, inlcuidng HEMM Operator, Paramedical Staff and Overseer (Civil) roles. The last date to apply online is 01-05-2026.
These positions will be deployed across the operational units of Northern Coalfields Limited, including its mines, establishments, hospitals, and dispensaries located in the Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh and the Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, where selected candidates will be assigned duties as per organizational requirements.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection process will consist of Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.
Computer Based Test (CBT)
Eligible candidates meeting the criteria will be required to appear in a Computer Based Test. The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi), and there will be no negative marking. Selection will be based on relative performance in the CBT.

Candidates will be required to secure minimum qualifying marks in CBT to be considered for further stages.

Final selection will be based on marks obtained in the Computer Based Test, subject to successful document verification and medical fitness. In case of tie in marks, resolution will be done based on criteria such as higher qualifying marks in relevant sections, date of birth (older candidate preferred), and alphabetical order of names as per rules of the respective post.
Fee Structure :
Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -
- UR / OBC (NCL) / EWS: Rs. 1000 + GST Rs. 180 = Rs. 1180
- SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PwBD / Departmental Candidates: No fee
